At Women Inspiring Women to Flourish Together, we have an unwavering vision to create a society where every girl and woman has equal access to education and resources, empowering them to achieve their full potential. Our ultimate goal is to foster a more equitable and just society for all, and we are steadfast in our belief that we can turn this vision into a reality.

Through our comprehensive tutoring and mentoring programs, we are dedicated to inspiring girls and women to define and achieve their goals, thereby transforming and enriching their quality of life.

We accomplish this by equipping girls and women with vital leadership skills, social skills, emotional and intelligence support, decision-making skills, financial responsibility education, and mental and physical health awareness.

We cultivate a sense of ownership and investment in one's own success, fostering the mindset that encourages individuals to take charge of their lives and pursue their goals with unwavering confidence.

What is involved in being a board member?

Attend monthly board meetings
Serve as a member of a committee
Board member commitment is a two year term with a maximum of three terms

To complement the existing Board of Director’s backgrounds, the Board is interested in hearing from community members with the following profiles:

WIW provides for families in need by helping with food, eviction notices, utilities, rent and more.

Mentoring Empowerment Classes

We provide programs for girls, workshops for families, and professional development training from teachers, guidance counselors, and non-profit staff.

FINANCIAL EDUCATION

WIW Financial Education Initiative seeks to empower all women and girls to navigate the financial system with confidence, make informed and reasoned financial decisions.

Bible Literacy

We provide biblical studies for women and girls.

JOB READINESS

We help design programs that will improve your skills in preparing for your career through job readiness training classes.

Mental Health

Our goal is to empower women and girls to know that they have a voice. Their voice can make a notable difference in our homes, schools, communities, and churches.
