At Women Inspiring Women to Flourish Together, our mission is to create a world where every girl and woman has equal opportunities in education and resource access, empowering them to reach their full potential. We are committed to fostering a society of equality and justice, truly believing we can turn this vision into reality.

Our organization is driven to inspire girls and women to aim high and succeed, significantly improving their quality of life. We provide essential skills and support, including leadership and social skills, emotional intelligence, decision-making, financial literacy, and health awareness. Our GED program offers thrice-weekly tutoring and one-on-one mentorship from trained professionals.

We aim to foster personal ownership and commitment to success, encouraging a mindset that empowers individuals to confidently shape their futures.

At Women Inspiring Women to Flourish Together, we believe in the limitless potential of every girl and woman and are dedicated to unlocking that potential by offering a "hand up" rather than a handout.

WIW IS GREAT!

WOMEN INSPIRING WOMEN PROGRAMS

We aim to empower women, to inspire their daughters, sisters, and mothers, through encouragement and motivation. We want them to know their value, attraction, importance, significance, merit, and WORTH.

GIRL TALK TODAY MENTORSHIP

We provide programs for girls, workshops for families, and professional development training from teachers, guidance counselors, and non-profit staff.

WIW-GED PROGRAM

In the GED module, students attend tutoring three times per week for a total of 96 hours over 8-16 weeks, depending on their progress. Female students also receive one-on-one mentoring.

FINANCIAL EDUCATION

WIW Financial Education Initiative seeks to empower all women and girls to navigate the financial system with confidence, make informed and reasoned financial decisions.

MENTAL HEALTH

Our goal is to empower women and girls to know that they have a voice. Their voice can make a notable difference in our homes, schools, communities, and churches.

JOB READINESS

We offer expertly designed programs aimed at enhancing your career preparation skills through comprehensive job readiness training classes.

BIBLE LITERACY

We offer in-depth biblical studies tailored specifically for women and girls.

What is involved in being a board member?

Attend monthly board meetings
Serve as a member of a committee
Board member commitment is a two year term with a maximum of three terms
